Welcome!

Thanks for visiting our site.

Who are we?
We are a small group of people who are trying to learn to love Jesus more than ourselves. We meet on Sunday mornings to worship Him, grow closer to Him and learn how to better serve Him. Some of us are younger-some are older, we are employed and unemployed, each person is different and everyone is welcome as they are.

What are we doing?
Jesus taught His disciples many things during His three years with them. Then He commissioned them to teach those things to the rest of the world. Not only were they to teach about the stuff that Jesus did but also to teach how to do the stuff that Jesus did. Our desire is to become disciples of Jesus. So we are learning about Jesus and doing what we learn. Jesus fed people so we feed people. Jesus taught of the Kingdom of God so we teach the Kingdom of God. Jesus healed the sick so we pray for the sick in Jesus name (and have seen many healed). If Jesus did it we want to follow Him.

What do our meetings feel like?
Jesus was passionate about people but at the same time appears to have been quite informal. We are a relaxed, informal group. We have no desire to act religious. We don’t want to act at all. We are simply gathered to learn and to grow in our relationship with Jesus. Therefore our meetings can be passionate and informal at the same time.

Who’s the Pastor?
My name is David Hansen. My wife Ellen and I have been following Jesus and encouraging others to do the same for all of our 30 years of marriage. Our prayer is that all people will be touched by God’s life changing power, fall more in love with Jesus and be witnesses to God’s glory in our community.
